Dear tourist, thank you very much for choosing us. We suggest that you read the following carefully:

CONTRACT WITH ANDEAN PERU EXPLOOR EIRL

Anyone wishing to make a reservation with Andean Peru Exploor E.I.R.L., a company registered in Cusco, Peru, must carefully read the following Terms and Conditions, which form an integral part of the contract for the provision of tourism services.

By confirming a reservation, the customer agrees to these terms on behalf of themselves and all individuals included in the reservation, including minors.

The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded when Andean Peru Exploor E.I.R.L. confirms the reservation in writing by sending an invoice or electronic confirmation to the customer's email address.

RESERVATIONS

To confirm a package tour or tour, the customer must pay 20% of the total amount as a deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Peru, before the contracted services begin.

The following information:

  • Full name (as it appears on your passport)
  • Passport number
  • Nationality
  • Age and gender
  • Exact travel date
  • Confirmation of the selected package
  • Proof of payment of 20%

PAYMENTS AND FEES

The 20% deposit can be paid by:

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club) via a virtual payment link

  • PayPal
  • Western Union
  • MoneyGram
  • Pix

Note:
Payments made by credit card or PayPal are subject to a fee, which is the customer's responsibility.

WHEN YOU BOOK TOURS AND HOTELS

All accommodations at 2-, 3-, 4-, or 5-star hotels are based on double occupancy. We try to find roommates for solo travelers who are willing to share accommodations. If this is not possible, you will be required to pay the single supplement fee as specified in the itinerary.

CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF THE RESERVATION AT THE PASSENGER'S REQUEST

Cancellation by the passenger:

  • Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance are eligible for a refund of 20% of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made after this deadline will be subject to penalties in accordance with the policies of the service providers (hotels, trains, tickets, and other booked services).

Postponements:

  • If the customer notifies us of the postponement at least 30 days in advance, they may keep their deposit valid with an open date, without penalty.
  • The new dates are subject to availability and may be subject to price changes depending on the season and the providers.

Inca Trail:

  • Due to Peruvian government regulations and high demand, reservations for the Inca Trail are non-refundable and cannot be changed.
  • Failure to show up will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the payment made.

TOURISTS SHOULD BE AWARE THAT

The customer agrees to:

  • Comply with the laws of Peru.
  • Comply with immigration laws and local regulations.
  • Please behave appropriately during the tour.

The guide or representative of Andean Peru Exploor Exploor may remove from the tour any passenger whose behavior jeopardizes the safety or well-being of the group, without the right to a refund.

Andean Peru Exploor E.I.R.L. is not liable for:

  • Flight delays
  • Flight cancellations
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Strikes or social unrest
  • Government changes
  • Circumstances beyond the company's control

Nor will it be liable for any additional expenses incurred as a result of these events. 

PHYSICAL CONDITION & HEALTH

It is the customer's responsibility to disclose any medical conditions at the time of booking.

The tour leader may remove a passenger if they believe that the passenger’s condition poses a risk to their own safety or that of the group.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

The company will provide assistance to facilitate medical care, but assumes no responsibility for medical costs or treatment.

HEALTH INSURANCE

Prices do not include:

  • Travel insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Personal Accident Insurance

It is recommended that you purchase international travel insurance before your trip.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY INTO PERU

  • The customer must obtain and be in possession of a valid passport (the original passport must have at least 6 months remaining before expiration)
  • To enter Peru during this season, you are required to present a COVID-19 vaccination card showing that you have received all three doses, regardless of the vaccine brand. If you do not have this card, you will need to present a COVID-19 test result taken no more than 24 hours before your flight.
  • The customer agrees to be responsible for obtaining these documents and any other necessary documents.

DISCLAIMER OR ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS

The customer hereby states that they have read the itinerary and understand the risks inherent in nature, high-altitude, and adventure travel.

By confirming your reservation, you agree to participate voluntarily and assume the risks associated with the trip.
