Itinerary
- We’ll start by picking you up from your hotel in Arequipa and heading to the Colca Canyon, passing through breathtaking Andean landscapes with views of volcanoes and local wildlife.
- Today's itinerary:
📌 2:45 a.m.: Pickup at your hotel or at the Plaza de Armas, followed by the approximately 3-hour drive to Chivay.
📌 Chivay: Breakfast before continuing our adventure.
📌 Cruz del Cóndor: We’ll take in the breathtaking depth of the Colca Canyon and the majestic flight of the Andean condors.
📌 Maca and Antahuilque Viewpoint: We’ll explore traditional villages, a colonial church, and spectacular ancient agricultural terraces.
📌 Yanque: Time to enjoy the hot springs (optional, 1 hour) or adventure activities such as ziplining and kayaking.
📌 Chivay: We’ll enjoy a delicious traditional lunch.
📌 Andes Viewpoint – Patapampa: We’ll admire the breathtaking panoramic views of the region’s volcanoes.
📌 Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve – Pampa Cañahuas: We’ll observe wetlands and high-Andean flora and fauna.

- Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat: the sun’s rays in the Andes are intense even on cloudy days.
- Water bottle and snacks: to keep you hydrated during hikes and long trips.
- Swimsuit and towel: if you want to enjoy the hot springs at La Calera.
- Cash (soles): Some towns do not accept credit cards, so it’s useful for admission fees, meals, or souvenirs.
