• The tour begins with pickup from your hotel in Cusco starting at 4:00 a.m. (by prior arrangement). If you are staying outside the historic center, a nearby meeting point will be arranged.
• We’ll travel about two hours to Cusipata, where we’ll enjoy an Andean breakfast to start the day off with energy. Then we’ll continue on to Combapata, traveling through the southern valley and along the Salka River, surrounded by spectacular scenery.
• From there, we’ll take a detour to the trailhead. We’ll begin an easy 40-minute hike—perfect for all types of travelers—until we reach the Palccoyo overlook Palccoyoviewpoint, where you can admire colorful mountains, unique geological formations, and panoramic views.
• After enjoying the scenery and taking photos, we’ll head back to the bus. On the way back, we’ll stop in Cusipata for a buffet lunch.
• Finally, we will return to Cusco, arriving around 5:00 p.m. near the Plaza de Armas.
