• We'll pick you up at the airport or the bus terminal in Puerto Maldonado and take you to the port.
• After a 15-minute ride by motorboat down the Madre de Dios River, we arrive at the lodge, where you’ll settle into your bungalow.
• Accompanied by your guide, you'll explore the trails around the lodge to learn about the area's flora and fauna.
• After lunch, we sailed for 20 minutes to Monkey Island to observe the different species that live there.
• As night falls, we head out with flashlights in search of capybaras and caimans: you'll see the red glow of their eyes while your guide tells you all about them.
• Return to the lodge and overnight stay.

• From the lodge, we took a 10-minute boat ride to the entrance to Lake Sandoval.
• We entered the Tambopata National Reserve with a hike of about 1 hour, and upon reaching the lake, we boarded a canoe to explore it and observe the many birds and animals that live there.
• We returned to the lodge for lunch, and in the afternoon we went fishing.
• Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

• At 5:00 a.m., we set out for the La Cachuela parrot clay lick, about 50 minutes upstream.
• There, you'll see many species of parrots gather on the clay banks of the Madre de Dios River, putting on a multicolored spectacle of flight and song that you'll never forget; with any luck, we'll also spot some sloths.
• After breakfast, we picked up the kayaks from the lodge and paddled down the Madre de Dios River to the adventure activity center. After a 5-minute walk, we climbed a 20-meter tower and crossed the suspension bridges to gaze out over the jungle from the treetops, just as the animals see it.
• Return to the lodge and lunch.
• Then we'll pack our bags and head back to Puerto Maldonado, where we'll drop you off at the airport, the bus terminal, or your hotel.
